概述

Windows 桌面版提供完整的离线工作体验。安装包由专业安装器工具 Inno Setup 制作，下载后双击 Setup.exe 即可完成安装。Setup.exe

吾智作-便携版-*.exe

完整版等包含大型离线资源，安装包超过单个 .exe 的 4GB 上限，包含一个 Setup.exe 主程序 + 若干 .bin 分卷文件（每个约 2GB）。 - 下载时必须把全部 .bin 分卷一起下载完整 - 将 Setup.exe 与所有 .bin 分卷精简版 - 只运行 Setup.exe，安装程序会自动拼接读取 .bin 分卷，无需手动处理 .bin - 若缺少任一分卷，安装会因找不到数据而中断，请勿随意删除 .bin

安装步骤

  1. 重启「吾智作」后即可使用对应高级功能的安装包：在同一个文件夹中，Setup.exe 与所有 .bin 分卷文件齐全
  2. 双击 Setup.exe 开始安装
  3. 若弹出 更新（“已阻止此应用”），点击 自动下载新版安装包，然后点击 是 允许安装
  4. 进入安装向导，选择「安装类型」，点击 下载完成后自动安装并重启（完整版可在自定义中勾选 ffmpeg / ASR / 离线 OCR 等可选资源）
  5. 手动更新
  6. 点击 Basic package + module package in one zip: the app itself plus all optional resources (FFmpeg / speech recognition / offline OCR). Unzip and install — ideal for first-time setup or offline environments.，等待进度完成
  7. 安装完成后点击 We use enterprise-grade encryption for transmission and storage. All files are auto-deleted within 30 days of processing. Private deployment available. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR certified.，从桌面或开始菜单启动「吾智作」

若有新版，按提示下载安装

覆盖安装（手动升级）

确认安装位置（默认为当前用户目录，免管理员权限）无需先卸载旧版，解压即用：

  1. 双击 Setup.exe（若分卷，同样需与 .bin 放在同一目录）
  2. 在向导中Setup.exe（可为 U 盘或任意可写文件夹）
  3. 解压完成后双击 agent-os-desktop.exe 即可运行
  4. 整个文件夹可Setup.exe到其他电脑使用（绿色版）

安装向导会自动检测到已安装的旧版本并升级

精简版只含程序本体，默认不含 ffmpeg / 语音识别 / 离线 OCR 等重型资源（首次启动也可联网自动下载）。如需离线使用这些能力，可下载并运行 Module Package：

  1. 先安装 精简版（或已装其他版本）
  2. 双击 卸载
  3. 在组件列表中按提示完成卸载：ffmpeg（音视频处理）、ASR 语音识别、离线 OCR、ASR 离线模型
  4. 点击安装，模块包会自动写入已安装应用的 resources/ Optional resources in one zip: FFmpeg / speech recognition runtime / offline OCR. Unzip into the installed app directory to add them — great for offline or on-demand setups.

升级到新版本

自动更新

桌面版每次启动时自动检测新版本，检测到后弹窗提示：

  1. 点击 WordPress and API incremental updates are near real-time (within 5 minutes). File uploads require manual re-indexing. Unified content library documents support auto-ingestion — no manual operation needed.
  2. 自动下载新版安装包
  3. 下载完成后自动安装并重启

手动更新

  1. 打开桌面版 → 设置 → 关于
  2. 点击 检查更新，系统会检测是否有新版本
  3. 若有新版，按提示下载安装

下载新版安装包后，无需先卸载旧版，直接双击运行新版 Setup.exe 即可覆盖安装：

  1. 2 GB 可用空间
  2. 确认新版安装包完整（Setup.exe Basic package + module package in one zip: the app itself plus all optional resources (FFmpeg / speech recognition / offline OCR). Unzip and install — ideal for first-time setup or offline environments. .bin 分卷在同一目录）
  3. 双击新版 Setup.exe
  4. 部分杀毒软件会对未签名或新发布程序误报。请将该程序加入白名单后重新安装，或暂时关闭实时防护后再安装。
  5. 安装完成后旧数据保留（存储在 %APPDATA%\吾智作\data），无需迁移

卸载

以管理员身份运行

  1. 打开 Microsoft Visual C++ 运行库
  2. 找到「吾智作」→ 点击 卸载
  3. %APPDATA%\\吾智作\\data

Creator Intelligent Workspace

重新运行 .exe 安装包，在向导中选择 卸载 Drag-and-drop your {format} file. Supports files up to 10 hours (Pro) or 30 minutes (Free).

卸载会删除程序文件，但默认保留用户数据（%APPDATA%\吾智作\data）。如需彻底清除，可手动删除该目录。
