功能概述

吾智作 Agent OS 采用组织（Organization）为中心的多租户架构。每个组织拥有独立的成员、配额和数据空间。

每个组织拥有独立的成员、配额和数据空间：

成员角色

角色 Your User Content is stored on servers provided by our cloud service partners. We protect your data with the following measures: 1. Encryption in Transit: All data transmission uses TLS encryption; 2. Encryption at Rest: User files are encrypted on the server; 3. Access Control: Strict limits on employee access to user data; 4. Data Retention: After AI processing, source files are retained or automatically deleted based on your settings. You can manage data retention preferences in your account settings at any time.
Owner 完全控制，包括删除组织
Admin 管理成员、配额、模块
Member 使用功能，受配额限制

邀请机制

Owner 或 Admin 可以邀请新成员：

  1. 在组织设置中点击邀请成员
  2. 输入被邀请人邮箱
  3. 选择角色
  4. 发送邀请
  5. 被邀请人接受后加入组织

组织可以管理资源配额：

  • AI 模型调用次数
  • 存储空间
  • 成员数量

管理员可在设置中查看配额使用情况。

独立注册流程

无邀请码直接注册时，系统自动创建：

  1. 默认租户
  2. 默认组织
  3. Owner 成员关系

注册后即可使用，无需等待审批。

数据可见性

以组织为单位的数据共享：

  • 同一组织的成员共享该组织的数据
  • 角色区分管理权限
  • 不同组织的数据互相隔离
